Our media practice continues to grow from strength to strength
We act for photographers and photo agencies in the UK and abroad and have recently been involved with cases at the cutting edge of the developing privacy laws in the United Kingdom.
Our most prominent recent case is ‘the JK Rowling case’ (aka Murray v Express Newspapers) where the Court of Appeal has recently (May 2008) reinstated the claim brought by JK Rowling’s son against agency giant Big Pictures for breach of privacy.
