Raymond Taylor
Background
I qualified as a solicitor in April 1979. I joined the firm that June and became a partner in 1980. I am now Senior and Managing Partner of Solomon Taylor & Shaw and Head of Corporate Services.
On a personal note:
My wife is a solicitor specialising in medical law and ethics. We have three children. I enjoy golf and going to the gym.
My specialist areas include:
- The sale and purchase of private companies and businesses
- Acting for investors taking shares in a private company
- Dealing with joint venture agreements and more general commercial contracts
