Background
I spent almost all of my career as a partner and corporate finance specialist at a major City law firm. I joined Solomon Taylor & Shaw as a consultant on corporate law work in May 2007.
On a personal note:
I am married with three grown up and married sons. I am a keen tennis player, and enjoy theatre and opera.
My specialist areas include:

- Private equity placings and joint ventures
