My Background
I trained at Nabarro Nathanson in London where I spent 4 years, specialising in property litigation.
I qualified as a solicitor in September 1998 and joined Solomon Taylor & Shaw from Taylor Wessing in December 2003.
I became a partner in April 2005.
I am a member of the Property Litigation Association

My specialist areas include:

• All aspects of both Commercial and Residential Property Litigation, including 1954 Act Lease Renewals, Possession Proceedings, Dilapidations claims, Party Wall & Rights of Light Disputes, Boundary Disputes and Adverse Possession Claims, Service Charge Disputes and Enfranchisement Claims.
• General Commercial Litigation, including all debt recovery claims.
• Corporate & Personal Insolvency
• Media Litigation

On a personal note:
I am married with one young daughter, and outside of work my passions include travelling, the cinema and my particular favourite - Everton football club!
