Raymond Taylor

I am the Senior and Managing Partner of Solomon Taylor & Shaw and Head of Corporate Services.

My Background
I qualified as a Solicitor in April 1979 and joined the firm in June 1979 (when it was called H. Solomon & Co). I became a partner in 1980 when Sir Harry left the practice to move into commerce. I then became a Senior Partner and have continued to manage the growth of the firm.

My specialist areas include:

• The sale and purchase of private companies and businesses.
  
• Acting for investors taking shares in a private company.
  
• Dealing with Joint Venture Agreements and more general commercial contracts.

On a personal note:
I am married with three sons and outside of work I enjoy all types of sports in particular cycling, skiing, golf, tennis and fitness training.
