Rupert Goldmeier

My Background
I trained at a small City practice called Goldberg Linde. After qualifying in 2002, I was offered a role in that firm’s property department and stayed there until April 2007, before joining Solomon Taylor & Shaw.

My specialist areas include:

• Sales and purchases of commercial investment property
  
• Acting for landlords and tenants in the grant of commercial leases
  
• The administration of Estates
  
• Advising on a broad range of property law matters including restrictive covenants and easements

On a personal note:
I am married with three young children, who I’m delighted to say take up almost every little bit of my spare time. I also enjoy playing the piano, swimming and reading, as well as providing legal support to the Governors of Noam Primary School, a private Jewish primary school in Wembley.
